How do I order custom notebooks?
Ordering custom notebooks is easy. Choose your notebook style, size, and page layout, upload your artwork or logo, and place your order online. If you need help with setup, file prep, or choosing the right notebook, you can always contact us and we’ll walk you through the process.
Is there a minimum order for custom notebooks?
No minimum order is required. You can order a single custom notebook or thousands. Bulk discounts are automatically applied as quantities increase, making larger orders more cost-effective.
What customization options are available?
We offer a wide range of customization options, including:
- Custom covers with your logo, artwork, or text
- Multiple binding styles (staple-bound, wire-bound, perfect-bound)
- Interior page styles (blank, lined, dot grid, graph)
- Multiple sizes and cover weights

What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, and EPS files. High-resolution artwork (300 DPI preferred) produces the best print results. If you’re unsure about your file, send it over — we’re happy to take a look before you order.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
For custom orders, we review your artwork before production. If we have questions about the artwork we will contact you, otherwise you will receive a proof in about one business day.

Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available depending on the project. If you’re on a tight deadline, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. If you have a special shipping request, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

What binding styles do you offer?
We currenlty offer, stapled, perfect-stapled, wire-bound, spiral-bound and ring-bound notebooks.
What’s the difference between stapled and perfect-stapled notebooks?
Stapled notebooks have a maximum of 40 pages and are assembled using a traditional saddle-stitched (stapled) binding. Perfect-stapled notebooks offer the look of a perfect-bound notebook while maintaining the durability and page security of a stapled binding and offer more pages.

All Beech Tree Paper notebooks are proudly made in the USA.
What materials are used in your notebooks?
Our notebooks are made with high-quality paper designed for everyday use. Many of our products feature recycled or responsibly sourced materials, and we focus on quality construction that holds up to real-world use.
Are your notebooks eco-friendly?
Sustainability is important to us. We prioritize responsible materials, efficient production, and products designed to be used — not wasted. Choose recycled pages on the Classic Notebook or the 100-Series to create a 100% recycled notebook.

What makes a Hodgepodge Journal different from a regular notebook?
A unique blend of page colors using 65# (176 GSM) cardstock, designed for creative use. For the true Hodgepodge Junk Journal experience, choose the Hodgepodge junk journal page style.
What are Hodgepodge pages?
Hodgepodge junk journal pages include a mix of available spiral-bound page styles in a single notebook. This includes a hodgepodge blend of lined, wide-ruled lined, dot grid, wide dot grid, grid, mini grid, rectangle grid, and blank pages—all in the same journal. You can also choose a single page style per notebook.
What binding styles do you offer for the Hodgepodge Junk Journals?
We have either the spiral-bound or ring-bound binding options.
What is junk journaling?
Junk journaling is a creative, low-pressure way to document ideas, memories, and moments using a mix of writing, drawing, collage, and found materials. Pages often include notes, sketches, photos, ticket stubs, scraps of paper, and ephemera layered together in a way that feels personal and unstructured. There’s no right or wrong way to junk journal—it’s all about experimenting, telling your story, and enjoying the creative process. Samples, Returns & Support
Can I order a sample before placing a large order?
Yes. Sample notebooks are available so you can review quality, materials, and print before committing to a bulk order. Learn more about our sample notebook program.
What is your return policy?
Because custom notebooks are made to order, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order due to an error or damage, contact us and we’ll make it right. You can review our complete return policy for more details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Beech Tree Paper is not able to replace or refund packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address once marked as delivered. Orders affected by incorrect address details will need to be repurchased.
General Questions
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required, but creating one allows you to track orders, view order history, and reorder quickly.
Can I reorder the same custom notebook later?
Yes! Reordering is easy, especially if you create an account or contact us with your previous order details. Contacting us first allows us to apply any current discounts in addition to your bulk pricing. Email us so we can find the best price for you.
