Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved before sending them back to Beech Tree Paper or it will not be processed and will be refused on delivery. Use the contact us page to get in touch and start the process. Enter your information into the fields provided with the return request in the "message" potion of the form.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from the order total for your return. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. The credit, once applied, may take longer to appear on your statement. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Clearance items (if applicable) 
Clearance items can not be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ryan@beechtreepaper.com and send your item to: Beech Tree Paper, PO Box 43, Grand Haven, MI 49417. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Beech Tree Paper, PO Box 43, Grand Haven, MI 49417.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
