  2. Get Your Custom Invoice: Because our standard "Add to Cart" checkout uses fixed quantities, Legacy Pricing must be applied manually via a custom invoice via email.

Partner Program: Terms & Disclaimers

General Eligibility

The Legacy Partner Program is an invitation-based loyalty initiative designed for frequent or high-volume customers. Participation is voluntary, and "Legacy Partner" status is determined at the sole discretion of Beech Tree Paper based on order frequency, volume, and account history.

Pricing & Minimums

  • Tiered Pricing Structure: Legacy Partner benefits are structured around volume milestones. Preferred rates are typically categorized into the following quantity tiers: 100, 250, 500, and 1,000+ units.
  • Custom Quotes: All Legacy pricing is provided via custom quote and is not automatically applied to standard web checkout. To lock in the rate for your specific tier, you must contact us for a custom order link or invoice.
  • Price Fluctuations: Due to the nature of paper goods and manufacturing costs, "preferred rates" are subject to market fluctuations. While we strive to provide our most competitive pricing to our Legacy Partners, quoted prices are guaranteed only for the duration specified on the individual quote.
  • Quote Validity: All custom quotes expire 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Tier Qualification: Legacy Partner status and the associated price tier are determined at the sole discretion of Beech Tree Paper based on individual order volume or cumulative annual history.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Combinability: Legacy discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated in your custom quote.
  • Program Changes: Beech Tree Paper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Legacy Partner Program, or change the associated benefits and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.
