Our Legacy Pricing program tracks your lifetime order volume, so when it's time to reorder, you reorder (the same item) at the best rate you've ever earned, even if your new order is smaller than the one that got you there.

How Legacy Pricing Works*

Our bulk notebooks are priced in volume tiers starting at 10 units, with better rates at 250, 500, and 1,000+. Normally, the price you pay depends on the size of your current order. Legacy Pricing changes that:

• Place a qualifying order of 100 units or more, and you lock in the per-unit price for that tier.
• On every future order — no matter how small — you keep that same per-unit rate.
• Your lifetime volume is what counts, not your order-by-order volume.

Example: Say you order 1,000 Standard Stapled Custom Notebooks (5"x8") and unlock our tier rate. A year later, you only need 50 more for a smaller reorder or the same item. Without Legacy Pricing, 50 units would price out at our single-unit rate each. With Legacy Pricing, you still pay best rate each — the rate you already earned.*

Once you've reached a tier, that price applies to every reorder going forward, regardless of how many units you order next.

How to Request Legacy Pricing

Legacy Pricing is set up as a custom invoiced order rather than through standard checkout, so we can apply your lifetime rate correctly. Here's how it works:

1. Email us at connectwithus@beechtreepaper.com and let us know you'd like to use Legacy Pricing on a reorder.
2. Include the product, quantity, and (if you have it) your previous order number or invoice.
3. We'll confirm your qualifying tier and send a custom invoice at your locked-in rate.
4. Once approved, we'll move your order into production.

Any customer who has ever ordered 10 or more units of a product qualifies — no account sign-up or subscription required.

Combine With Other Discounts

Legacy Pricing can be combined with our other savings programs, including nonprofit and business bulk discounts. If you qualify for both, let us know when you email your request and we'll apply the best combination of savings to your invoice.
