Processing time

Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified. Contact us for a specific processing time for your order. 

Estimated shipping times

• United States: 2 - 4 business days via USPS
• United States: 2 - 5 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground

Most orders ship via the USPS, large orders (generally those over $200) will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. All shipping times are estimated, and we can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method, carrier, and in some extreme cases can be slowed by weather conditions, or other events out of our control. Once the package(s) is handed off to the delivery service, they are responsible for the package delivery. 

Beech Tree Paper is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, lost or stolen packages. The customer must be aware of the information they enter for the order, including their address. Your items will need to be purchased again if you have a package stolen, lost, or delivered to the wrong address.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
